Plastic Free Eastbourne began as a simple idea about uniting people to tackle plastic pollution locally.
It has since grown into a powerful community-driven movement dedicated to protecting Eastbourne and environment.
Plastic Free Eastbourne’s mission is to eliminate single-use plastics, protect our coastline, and inspire a community that chooses sustainable, responsible living. We work with residents, businesses, schools, and local organisations to create practical change, reduce plastic pollution, and safeguard Eastbourne’s natural environment for future generations. Through education, action, and collaboration, we aim to build a cleaner, greener town where everyone plays a part in protecting our shared coastal home.
